Our upbringing with our elder’s teaching was always by example. Who Hooghan LLC today is a direct result of our family’s influence on us with life principals of hard work and integrity.
Hooghan LLC is a 100 Percent Native owned company, founded in 2018.
Principal Owner
Stanford Lake, a proud tribal member of the Navajo Nation, hails from Kayenta, AZ. His academic journey led him to attain an engineering degree from Northern Arizona University, and subsequently, he fulfilled his work experience prerequisites under the guidance of a seasoned professional engineer before securing his professional engineering license.
With over 25 years of dedicated service in the Engineering and Construction domain, Stanford excelled as a project manager/principal for several reputable firms in Arizona focusing on Indigenous tribes, esteemed architects, professional engineers, general contractors, government officials, and private owners.
Notably, Stanford has also embraced the responsibilities of a Business Development Manager, demonstrating a keen understanding of market trends. In his business development expertise capacity, he pioneered the establishment of a drone service department and identified strategic teaming opportunities.
Currently, Stanford is a professional license engineer (P.E.) in three states: New Mexico, Colorado, and Arizona, with additional licenses pending in a few other states.
